Who we are

NU LACE LIMITED (registered in England and Wales, company number 14050569) runs Stubzo. To ask anything about your data, email [email protected].

What we keep

• Your email address.
• Which link brought you here, if the link said (for example “linkedin”).
• Your internet address, so one person or a bot can’t flood the list. We keep it for at least an hour, then wipe it the next time someone joins.
• When you joined, and when you confirmed your email.

Why

To email you how Mo is doing, and your early access when he’s ready. Nothing else. We never sell or share your email.

We rely on your consent, which you give when you join and confirm your email. You can take it back any time.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare hosts this site and the waiting list.
• Resend sends our emails: the one asking you to confirm, and a short note to us when you do.
• Cloudflare and Resend are US companies. They may handle your data outside the UK, under safeguards UK law accepts.
• The lettering comes from our own site, so no font company sees your visit.

How long we keep it

Until you stop the emails or ask us to delete it. If you don’t confirm your email within 7 days, we delete it. If Stubzo doesn’t open, we delete the whole list. Our host’s backups can hold it for up to 30 days more. Then it is gone.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Every email we send has a link to stop them. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
